As part of this commitment we partner with suppliers dedicated to enhancing the quality and quantity of oak forests across France, which provide the primary source of our oak materials.

We source oak from forests with verified legal harvesting rights to ensure full traceability and accountability in protecting, strengthening and restoring the forests.

This is in support of the ‘European Green Deal’, a binding initiative aimed at achieving a carbon-neutral environment by 2050.

Traceability offers complete transparency from forest to floor. Oggie oak is responsibly sourced from plantations that practise sustainable forestry and are certified according to the FSC® (Forest Stewardship Council®).

Oggie products comply with the highest standards and can be FSC® certified on request. A clear line of recall enables us to align with the European Commission’s strategies and support an ongoing commitment to respect trees and nature to safeguard the future of our planet.
